Saison brewed with honey, coriander & lemon verbena. Fermented with a mixed culture of classic saison yeast strains, wild yeast & bacteria. Post fermentation, the beer was conditioned in a stainless steel for 6 weeks, with its primary mixed culture. A third & final fermentation, completed this beer in a bottle. Pockets of Sunlight is a radiant saison full of crisp energy. Please cool before opening & pour with care, leaving sediment in the bottle.

500ml bottle. Hazy, yellow-ish, bright golden colour with small, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Rich and intense aroma, floral-herbal-spicy-funky, bretty prelude, hints of brine, mustard seed, coriander, sage, honey, balm, lemon verbena, gooseberry. Taste is slightly tart, funky, fruity, hints of pear, lemon juice, lemon verbena, honey, sage, a very cautious touch of rosemary. Rich and complex, mild and harmonious in its entirety, very refreshing - great!

Tap@BRUS, Copenhagen - Golden yellow coloured pour with white head and lacing. Aroma and taste is fruity and foral hoppy, some yeasty notes, light barnyard and orchard fruit, straw, hay, floral grassy finish. Very nice.

From tap. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is spiced, citrusy and crisp fruity. Smooth fruity. Crisp hoppy, mellow fruity. Smooth and lingering fruity and citrusy finish. Mild fruity finish.
