Bottle from ilovedarkbeer. Pours with a white head, clear yellow body. Aroma of jolly ranchers, raspberries and berry syrup. Taste is watery with wheat and a bit of berry syrup...so water. Fizzy and watery...

Bottled. Very pale yellow, no head. Artificial marachino aroma followed up by plastic and saccharine. Then glue and DrPepper takes over for a while before it mercifully fades out in a swamp of raspberry syrup. God help me.

Sampled in the BrewMaster’s Club at Busch Gardens Williamsburg on 07/10/2008. From bottle. Very clear very pale yellow body with a small off-white head. Big imitation rasperry aroma with hints of what might be pomegranate. Grainy flavor with light raspberry hints. Medium light body with high carbonation.

Smells quite tart and berry fruity. Ubiquitous appearance once in the glass, pale yellow. Taste is nearly artificial fruity so its nothing like the pure sour fruit of a lambic. Somewhat similar to most other craft brewed fruit beers. For some reason I was expecting something sweeter. Finish is flavored pale lager with malt liquor hints and this is surprising considering this is only 4+%.

Crystal clear coloured light golden body with a soapy thin white head. Aroma of horribly disgusting raspberries, yeast, corn and malt - oh yeah, a ton of sugar too. Light-bodied; Potent acidic and horrid bitter fruit flavours with some alcohol and malt tastes along with a bad metallic twang. Aftertaste shows nothing but bad and bitter tastes - nothing pleasant, even worse with the fake sugar tastes. Overall, one of the worst beers I’ve had - absolutely horrible. I received this twelve ounce bottle courtesy (I think) of a joke from my brother-in-law on 19-April-2008.

Clear glass bottle from Hi-Time. Aroma as advertised; a bit more pom than ras. Golden color with a white head that left rapidly while trying to lace in a spotty fashion. Thin body with creamy/fizzy carbonation. A bit corny; overlaid with fruit flavors - more rasp than pom. Finish is ok, primarily raspberry seed, and not so sweet as it tasted at first. No hint of hop bitter, but then this is from AB.

Had a bottle of this some time in September 07. One of my friends had this so I gave it a shot.
Fizzy, alcopop appearance. Color as pictured to the left. No head/lacing. Clear.
Smells like brewing flaws. Vanillin, wax, corn-like notes. A touch of rancid raspberry. Not particularly offensive in the nose, just smells like a poorly brewed, fruity alcopop. Weak nose strength, no alcohol noted.
Flavor is full of papery acetyldehyde, with streaks of artificial flavored sweetness. Yum. Nothing redeeming here. Flawed and with an artificial, cloying sweetness on the finish. Fizzy. I want more pomegranate.

Bottle. So this looks somewhat like a macro offering... really pale gold/straw color. Really fizzy head. Nose is fruity... that’s it. Mosly raspberry, but that may be my limited experience with pomegranates coming back to bite me. If you asked me, it smells like a raspberry flavored Clearly Canadian or New York Seltzer. Flavor is horrendous. Soapy, fruity and WEAK. I bet this is a real hit in the right market... I mean, if I didn’t like beer, this would be great. Down the drain it goes!

Bottle. Raspberry and pomegranate aroma. Medium yellow with minimal head and moderate effervescense. Sweet raspberry/pomegranate flavor with the most fleeting of malt flavors and moderate carbonation - like a bad diet fruit soda. Nice flavor but nothing that could be considered beer - thank God I only had to buy one.

Sweet, sugar-fruit aroma. The first flavor is sparking water followed by cherry cough syrup. Its not as bad as it could be.
