750ml bottle. Poured a hazy golden colour with a short-lived, fizzy white head. The aroma is yeasty, oaky, light citrus. The flavour is moderate sour, with a dry, spicy, yeasty, herbal, molasses, dry, vinous oak palate. Medium bodied with lively carbonation. Awesome.

Bottle (thanks Randall). Clear yellow pour with a fleeting white head. Enticing barn house bouquet. Oh man, this is fantastic. Perfect funk (mild lemon zest/horse blanket/funk) with interesting champagne characteristics. Really good mouthfeel, albeit very sour, and body.

Flaska från Etre/BXL2021, 2016 vintage. Aningen disig mörkt gyllenfärgad vätska med lågt skum. Fin funkig doft med strå, stall, syrliga äpplen. Utvecklad smak för att vara en lambic. Relativt torr och krispig ochfruktig. Mycket gott.
