I’ve had this several times and this is my take on this one.
When it was poured, it was poured into a pint glass.
The appearance was a decent looking clear yet also had a decent haziness about a red color. The head rapidly dissipated into oblivion and left no lacing.
The smell was kind of spicy but malty but it didn’t have much else.
The taste was somewhat sweet but spicy.
The palate, well, that sat about a light on the body with a pretty good sessionable quality about it.
Overall, well, if you’re looking for gluten free beers, in my opinion of what I’ve had, I’d go with Widmer’s Omission series before this stuff. I mean I guess this isn’t bad, but Widmer’s Omission beers are better.

12oz bottle from Orchard Fresh, Orchard Park, NY. Golden amber with a ring of white head; unusual aroma and taste, reminiscent of rye, so I guess it’s the sorghum, otherwise it’s fairly standard stuff, with a touch of limey citrus and hardly any hops.

12 ounce bottle. Pours a clear copper color with a large fizzy white head. Decent head retention. Aroma of nutty notes herbal and peppery hops. The taste is apples, nuts, honey, herbal hops and a tinny note. Medium bodied. Decent.

Bottle. Light sugary sorghum malt aroma. Clear light amber with a small fizzy, quickly dissipating white head. Light sweet sorghum malt flavor. Light body, very lively carbonation. Unlike many, I actually like the taste of sorghum, and this would do on a hot day.

12 oz. bottle. Pours clear copper with a thin off-white head. The aroma is sorghum and grain sweetness. The flavor is medicinal sweetness, and a little tartness. The palate is light and syrupy. Overall, a watery sweet mess, with no malt or hop flavor.

I will be honest in saying that Redbridge may be the best AB beer I’ve drank. This feat is accomplished by the beer possessing the smallest modicum of flavor, a mildly sweet nuttiness that leaves me flabbergasted by its existence. Every other part of the brew is your usual AB dreck. (2008)

From a 12oz bottle from Pick;s Liquors poured into a Tumbler. Minimal amount of white head, no lacing. Color is a rusty orange. Aroma is slightly offensive, a bad stinky yeast. Taste is slightly sweet and slightly salty, not much of anything to speak of. Light bodied with a thin texture, it does have fizzy carbonation and no finish to speak of. Overall, it’s a below average beer. Nothing I would buy again.
