Bottle. A sour plum/plastic aroma. Lightly cloudy yellow brown color with small head. Lightly sweet old fermenting fruit flavor. Very little body. Minimal maltiness and hops. The multi-grain label would seem to imply a malty beer but this is very light.

Bottle from Hop and Leaf Feb 2005. Light orange color, decent clumpy white head. Aroma has some good hops notes in it, with some light malt notes and a bit of herbal/grass character. Flavor shows more hops, like fuggles or colombus, something a little bit out of the ordinary anyways. Very smooth palate, it’s tough to describe. Not creamy or oily, just. . . smooth. Notes of rose petals, vanilla essence, rye. Some soap on the finish detracts, however. Very intriguing beer, wish I had more to try actually. Medium body, moderate carbonation.

Nice copper color under a huge off white head that remains for the session. Fruity aroma along with malt, hops and yeast. After detecting all the aromas, it was a disappointment to have no flavor there to back it up. What started out to be promising ended with a fizzy watery finish.

Hazy amber in colour with orange and ruby highlights. A thin white head tops the beer. Nice aroma showing raisins, malt, and definite hops. Medium to Light-bodied; Decent malt background with a subtle hoppiness and a tiny bit of fruit character in the realm of grapes and pears. Aftertaste doesn't have much flavour, only a bit of the malt...none of the hops show through. Overall, a bit watery, but not bad...a decent beer, but truthfully nothing special. I was lucky enough to get this twelve ounce bottle from Suttree in a trade in Knoxville, Tennessee...Thanks Phil!
