Handpull cask at the Two-Tailed Lion, Leicester. Dark brown and only slightly translucent with a large khaki head. Light aroma of pine, grass, sweet vegetables. Bittersweet taste with a sour note, giving notes of plum, liquorice, ash. Dogged bitterness Body is fairly flat. I'm not convinced by this, which is a shame as I really do like a nice Black IPA.
