Imperial Brown Ale brewed with maple syrup and fenugreek
After nearly a decade, Game of Thrones has come to an end, and My Watch Has Ended expresses the state of Westeros after six seasons of war and bloody mayhem. As the drama unfolded, we brewed more than a dozen beers in partnership with HBO to accompany the seasons. My Watch Has Ended is a fitting close to this epic story. Enjoy My Watch Has Ended this fall with friends as you reminisce about your favorite episodes, your favorite characters, and your speculations on what, if anything, will come next.

750 ml corked and caged bottle. Nearly opaque dark brown pour. Creamy light tan cap. Sweet roasted malt aroma hints at maple syrup. Flavor is sweet and earthy with notes of treacle, maple syrup, licorice and dark dried fruits. A bit of cocoa on the backend as well. Remarkably smooth on the palate.

Maple syrup, fresh hay/grass, and caramel malt aroma. Opaque dark brown with small tan head. Very sweet herbal maple syrup, caramel malt, and mildly bitter fresh hay/grass flavor. Good body - nice balance.

750ml bottle. Clear, darkest brown colour with weak, ruby shimmer and small to average, frothy to creamy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, beige head. Roasty, nutty, spicy, malty aroma, notes of maple syrup, caramel, salted caramel, a touch of peanut, toffee, lovage, marmite. Taste is bitter hoppy and bitter, roasty malty, spicy, notes of maple syrup, salted caramel, peanut, minimal residual sweetness, a touch of marmite, lovage. Oily-creamy, watery texture, smooth and dry palate, very fine, mildly prickly carbonation. Surprisingly dry and bitter, therefore exhibiting the more spicy side of maple syrup flavours - enjoyable.

A deep dark reddish brown ale with a thin lacing mocha head. In aroma, sweet caramel malt with candy sugar, light curacao, licorice, alcohol warmth, pleasant. In mouth, sweet caramel malt with dark fruits, light mineral notes, light plums, pleasant.
