Our Side Project Collaboration is called Leaner. A leaner is when a peach is so juicy you have to lean forward or it spills on you. 100% Oak Fermented Saison fermented with both Casey and Side Project’s cultures. Aged with over 3 pounds per gallon Flamecrest Colorado Peaches. The Saison we both brewed was a higher gravity version of our house Saison recipe. So this beer is basically a higher gravity version of Casey Family Preserves but with Side Project’s cultures. Noticeably more acidic. A great showing of both our cultures.

Flaska från USA, från 2019 - Redhaven 10/2/19. EF exclusive.

Jakies biale porzeczki. Troche za wysoka kwasnosc. 3.9

Nice hazy yellow pour with a decent white head. Fine intensity in the aroma. Quite heavy sour and acidic this one. Ughh your taste buddies have to work here. Dry ending. Peaches, some lactic notes, mild biscuit and citric flavor. [Taster from Werkmeister] Brewery #1989

750 ml bottle, bottled 10/13/17, shared by Werckmeister, thanks!
Pale orange, moderate hazy body, with a small, light yellow head.
Beautiful aroma with loads of juicy peach, some citrus, some cheesy funk,
Tastes quite similar, with a bit more vinegar.
Medium, slick mouthfeel, with a light carbonation.
Finishes smooth, moderate sour, a bit sweet, a bit funky, citric.
Tasty! Beautiful, juicy peach notes throughout, with just enough funk and acidity. Drinks very fresh and balanced.
Score: 9 / 4 / 8 / 4 / 16
