Can. Amber colour with a small off-white head. Aroma is floral, some toasted, pineapple and mild salty tones with a bit of wood too. Flavour is citrus, some salty tones with mild pineapple, rosehip, mild aloe vera and a bit zesty tones with some mild passionfruit and strange tarty/sour elements to it. A bit on the obscure side of things, but still really nicely drinkable.

On tap at Mikkeller SD - Miramar, pours a clear bright pinkish golden with a small off-pink head. Aroma brings out bright tangerine, passionfruit and pineapple, with some floral notes and light lacto. Flavour is bright and fruity, with a gently tart mix of passionfruit, pineapple and tangerine upfront, with a touch of salt and just enough lacto to hold it together. Really good, expertly brewed fruited gose.

16 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 7/22/2019. Pours lightly hazy medium orange/amber, light reddish/pinkish color with a 1 finger fairly dense and fluffy light pink head with solid retention, that reduces to a thin spotty lace cap that lingers. Light spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big tart/tangy passion fruit, tangerine, pineapple, hibiscus, cranberry, strawberry, fruit skin/seeds, lemon, lime, peach, pear, melon, red/green apple, white grape/wine, sea salt, coriander, peppercorn, hay, straw, floral, grass, wheat, cracker, white bread, light lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of passionfruit, tangerine, pineapple, hibiscus, fruity/acidic yeast, coriander, salt, and moderate pale/wheat malt notes; with big strength. Taste of big tart/tangy passion fruit, tangerine, pineapple, hibiscus, cranberry, strawberry, fruit skin/seeds, lemon, lime, peach, pear, melon, red/green apple, white grape/wine, sea salt, coriander, peppercorn, hay, straw, floral, grass, wheat, cracker, white bread, light lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate fruity/lactic tartness, fruit tang, and coriander spiciness on the finish. Lingering notes of tart/tangy passion fruit, tangerine, pineapple, hibiscus, cranberry, strawberry, fruit skin/seeds, lemon, lime, peach, pear, melon, red/green apple, white grape/wine, sea salt, coriander, peppercorn, hay, straw, floral, grass, wheat, cracker, white bread, light lacto funk, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of passionfruit, tangerine, pineapple, hibiscus, fruity/acidic yeast, coriander, salt, and moderate pale/wheat malt flavors; with an awesome malt/tart/tangy/spiciness balance; with no puckering/astringent flavors after the finish. Fairly crisp/clean finishing. Moderate increasing dryness from lingering tart/tangy/spiciness and carbonation. Medium-plus carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately bready/grainy, sticky/acidic/tangy/tannic, and lightly saline mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol for 5.9%. Overall this is an excellent fruited gose. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of passionfruit, tangerine, pineapple, hibiscus, fruity/acidic yeast, coriander, salt, and moderate pale/wheat malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, clean, and refreshing to drink with the modestly acidic/tangy/tangy/tannic/spicy drying finish; mellowly lactic/salty. Awesome balance of juicy/vibrant fruits/hibiscus and Lacto complexity; with a great clean pale/wheat malt backbone against acidity. Minimal residual sweetness with crisp dryness. A very enjoyable offering, and impressive style example as expected. Not overwhelming on any aspect.

A light burgundy red gose with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light cherry notes, pineapple, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light raspberry, cranberry, Epsom salts, pleasant but not to style, acidity is not biting. On tap at Mikkeller Little Italy, SD.
