Pickle Pickle Pickle. 1000 lbs of fresh cucumber and two pounds of fresh dill weed. Pickle Pickle Pickle.

While humans have been pickling food for millennia, the American pickle is a cucumber. A perfect complement to a burger or Reuben.

Can a 12pack of other Pickle beers. Poured a golden yellow color with a medium sized white head. Aroma was big cucumber, in fact, I was kind of surprised how much this was like cucumber juice over everything else that I expected this to be. I've had other pickle beers, and those are usually more acidic and dill like. In a way this was quite nice due to how refreshing it was, it was kind of like cucumber juice with some coriander. Maybe not the best beer to have in the middle of winter, this would probably hit really well during a hot day during the Summer.

$2 can from vintage estate. Clean crisp and refreshing, no as much pickle as I thought there would be. Tasty, refreshing. Fun, yes a pretty nice gose, much better than expected. Decent brew, thanks UA!

Slightly hazy amber-gold color with a medium off-white head that recedes steadily to an outer ring. Strings of lace. Aroma of dill pickle, malt and fruit. Light-bodied with a salty pickled cucumber character and notes of wheat, coriander and malt. The finish is fresh cucumber and salty citrus. Pretty good overall.

12 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 6/25/2019. Pours fairly hazy medium golden yellow color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense and fluffy white head with solid retention, that reduces to a minimal spotty lace cap that lingers. Light spotty lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big juicy cucumbers, skin/seeds, tart/tangy lemon, lime, peach, pear, melon, red/green apple, white grape/wine, dill weed, sea salt, coriander, hay, straw, grass, wheat, white bread, light peppercorn/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of cucumbers, fruity/acidic yeast, dill, coriander, sea salt, and moderate pale/wheat malt notes; with big strength. Taste of big juicy cucumbers, skin/seeds, tart/tangy lemon, lime, peach, pear, melon, red/green apple, white grape/wine, dill weed, sea salt, coriander, hay, straw, grass, wheat, white bread, light peppercorn/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate fruity/lactic tartness, fruit tang, and light coriander spiciness on the finish. Lingering notes of juicy cucumbers, skin/seeds, tart/tangy lemon, lime, peach, pear, melon, red/green apple, white grape/wine, dill weed, sea salt, coriander, hay, straw, grass, wheat, white bread, light peppercorn/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of cucumbers, fruity/acidic yeast, dill, coriander, sea salt, and moderate pale/wheat malt flavors; with an awesome malt/tartness, tangy fruit, and spiciness balance; with zero puckering/astringent flavors after the finish. Fairly crisp/clean finishing. Light-moderate increasing dryness from lingering tartness and tangy fruit. Medium-plus carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/grainy, fairly acidic/tangy, and lightly sticky/saline mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 4.3%. Overall this is an excellent fruited Gose. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of cucumbers, fruity/acidic yeast, dill, coriander, sea salt, and moderate pale/wheat malt flavors; very smooth, refreshing, and fairly crisp/clean to drink with the mellowly acidic/tangy/drying finish. Mellowly lactic/salty. Very flavorful and not watery for the ABV. Great balance of juicy cucumbers, Lacto complexity, and dill/coriander spice; with a great pale/wheat malt backbone against acidity for the ABV. Minimal residual sweetness with crisp dryness. A very enjoyable offering, and spot on style example as expected. Would have actually preferred if they used white vinegar in secondary to make it taste more like a pickle. Nothing but the lactic acid going on. No complaints otherwise.

Cucumber, dill, and coriander mixed with sharp lacto tartness and a salty fade. (Might be more accurate to put CUCUMBER, dill, and coriander.) Always a bit weird to describe a beer as cucumber-forward. Can't think of any other way to make clear how damn cucumber-heavy this pint is, though. Cute idea. Tastes like its name suggests. Again, not for me.

06/25/19, the heavy coriander nose is quite heavy, but flavor is definitely nice cucumbers, nearly pickles, I like this cause it's weird. Weird is good.

12 oz. Aroma is pickles, fresh cucumbers, coriander, chalky candy, lemon. Pours hazy golden with a two finger bone-white head with decent retention. Taste is moderately sour (6/10) with flavors like the aroma, some wheat, light salt. Me likey.

Can. A- Cucumber, mild tartness, subtle vinegar. A- Golden brown color, cloudy liquid, minimal head. T- Cucumber, slightly tart, salt, gherkins. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, refreshing finish. O- What seems like it should be a novelty is in fact really tasty! This was like drinking liquid cucumbers. The dill wasn't too strong and therefore the cucumber flavor came out more than pickle flavor but still. This is a summer beer I could get behind and have a few pints of. Enjoyed this way more than I probably should have. Looked terrible through...like literal sewer water.

Sampler at brewery. I was skeptical of a pickle beer while hoping for the most awesomeness. It’s fresh dill and cucumber, very strong. Not what I call pickle but the strong salt in the gose helps a lot compared to other cucumber beers. Unfortunately, I seem to dislike the base beers from this brewery. They are empty with a prevalent house character across beers that is meh. Clear straw color.
