A mini can, from Warehouse Liquors, Chicago IL. I had never seen such small beer cans before. It poured clear copper with a small frothy beige head, caramel malt aroma mixed with alcohol, low carbonation, sweetish malty taste that turns medium bitter, caramel, spices, strong alcohol undertones, smooth body, long medium bitter finish. Very nice brew.

Can from House Of Trembling Madness. Hazy amber body with a beige head that gradually fades. Low carbonation. Aroma of honey, banana bread and candied orange. Flavour of dried apricot and golden syrup with a peppery finish. Medium to full body with a slick mouthfeel. Soft fizz. Boozy and heady. I enjoyed this.

Pours hazy and pale with a very small head. The aroma is of spicy Belgian yeast, citrus, cherry, malt, and booze. The flavor is sweet with a malty, spicy, fruity character that does seem similar to a tripel in some ways but obviously stronger. I enjoyed this sipper from a little 8.4 oz can.

Mini can shared with L&M. It pours clear oily copper with a dissipating beige head. The aroma is rich and unctuous, oily, pear, melon, apple crumble, spicy, fragrant, floral, caramel, raisin, sultana, toasted fruit cake, nougat, brown bread and spice. The taste is initially dry, bitter - sweet, toothy, chewy, boozey warmth, fun alcohol boost, dry wood, spice, poached pear, apple crumble, melon, raisin, fig, boozed soaked sultana, fruit cake, touch of toffee, leather and a touch of tannin with a drying and warming finish. Fulsome body and average, prickly carbonation. Nice depth. Hearty and warming stuff. Nice Hoppin Frog heft.

8.45 of can from Tavour. Hazy orange gold color. Creamy beige cap. Aroma of dried apricot and alcohol. Rich and intense. Notes of candied orange peel, sweet caramel, apricot and nectarine. As brew warms, notes of plum and strong alcohol dominate. Hints of vanilla and marzipan. Certainly interesting.

355ml bottle [15.4% abv]. Cloudy, redd-ish, dark amber colour with slightly late awakening, small, creamy, fading, off-white head. Sweet-ish, fruity and caramel malty aroma, notes of dried fruit, cherry, plum, fig, whiffs of dusty, yeasty spiciness. Taste is sweet, fruity and caramel malty, slightly alcoholic, notes of cherry, hints of sherry, notes of dried fruit, plum, plum wine; minimally warming finish, relatively well hidden alcohol overall. Viscous texture, smooth and soft, slightly cloying palate, fine, soft carbonation. Intense, sweet, relatively clean -

Bottle picked up from Foeders online webshop Haarlem Netherlands and consumed sat inside Frank at Alpencaravanpark, Achensee in the company of Jude, Friday 21st April 2023, we've had a Chorizo and Chicken Stew. Pours light/mid hazy amber, the head almost instantly disappeared, sweet and a little boozy but really quite fruity. Caramel and a little spiciness and maybe even aime cooked banana. Okay it's not up there with the very best from Hoppin' Frog but it's a pretty good effort.

Aromas are overly sweet Belgian yeast with bananas and solvent. Flavors are similar to nose with a little bit of tang in there from carbonation and I'm not sure what else. Definitelyy not brewed in the Belgian style with double fermentation. I don't know how it gets this score. Maybe I have a bad one.
