Pilsner malt and Kölsch yeast. Amarillo and Jarrylo. Crisp, aromatic, highly drinkable. Our take on the session IPA – the IPK.

Straw blond colour with fluffy head. Very citrusy and floral too. Nothing to do with Kolsch but tastes good.

28/XII/21 - 33cl can from De Caigny (Essen), shared @ home, BB: 23/IX/23 (2021-1618)
Clear pale yellow beer, big aery irregular fluffy white head, stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: yeasty, dusty, some vague citrus notes, hint of coriander, straw and hay, malty, grains. MF: lively carbon, medium body. Taste: lots of citrus notes up front, grassy, bit malty, good bitterness, some grapefruit, decent. Aftertaste: refreshing bitterness, fruity, citrus notes, grapefruit, bit dusty, little medicinal, good stuff, love it!

Bottle 33 cl. Cloudy yellow with a lacing, white head. Lovely citrusy aroma. Medium body, super dry citrusy fruitiness, somewhat yeasty with a distinct bitterness bordering astringent. Super well made - the Belgians seem to be getting the touch for this - also. 171220

Draft tasting glass @ Pudel – Tallinn. That concept alone, marked as hazy on top at the bar, some things should not exist. Mellow orange juice nose, haze, washing powder. Mediciore orange peel APA juice, washing powder, weeds, powdery chalk,… More chalky than haze. Weak chalky haze, stupid concept & result is a weak APA.
