Savor the season of sharing. Brewed with roasted specialty malts and a robust blend of spices, then aged in bourbon barrels for at least six months, Bourbon Barrel Adoration celebrates the Belgian tradition of spiced Noël ales.
This beer pours a deep mahogany with a dense tan head. Aromas of coconut and chocolate are followed by subtle notes of vanilla, caramel, and spice, with hints of oak and bourbon. Barrel aging tames the assertive spicing and leads to delightful drinkability.

Tap at The Pony Bar HK, NYC. Pours cloudy copper-brown with a creamy, tan cap. The aroma is mostly rich, boozy bourbon with nips of caramel and overripe fruits. Flavor is big and sweet with further pronounced bourbon character, some lightly torched wood, sugary toffee, some figs and golden raisins. Full bodied with fine, smooth carbonation. Warm to hot finish, more caramel, high octane bourbon, toffee, subtle wood, dark and well-ripened fruits. It’s a definite sipper, and the depth and intensity rewards the patient drinker.
