0.33l bottle. Black body with a lasting light brown head. Aroma and taste of cocoa, raisins, dates, a bit of roasted malts, pepper and some caramel. Medium body with a silky texture. Great beer.

At a tasting, thanks, small creamy head, opaque black color, aroma of very dark bread, candy banana, prunes a hint of umami and lots of alcohol rising from the glass. flavor of dark fruits and dark bread with lots of alcohol over it all. not good.

330ml bottle picked up at Vinmonopolet Langnes. Covering fawn-coloured head, clingy lacing, near-black in the glass. Raisin and earthy malts on the nose. Sweet flavours of raisin, prunes, caramel and grainy malts. Prolonged sweet malt-fruity ending. Decent sipper that gets a bit too sweet in the long run. (Tromsø 20.05.2018).

Bottle thanks to Justin. Pours a dark reddish brown color with a medium tan head. A big malty nose. Dark fruit, toffee, sour cherry, earthy. Solid. Easygoing. A bit odd.

Tap. Black color with creamy beige head. Aroma is soy sauce, dark malts, surprisingly boring. Taste is soy sauce, chocolate, a bit buttery. Creamy mouthfeel with nitro carbonation. A bit disappointing, this is basically Guinness with extra alcohol.

Sampled nitro @ Billie’s Bier Kafétaria. Blackish brown, creamy nitro mocha head. Nose is creamy mocha but also too cheap fake chocolate, bark, plastic. Dull flat plastic, artificial chocolate, bark & chalk taste. Creamy plastic. Tastes like a higher ABV thicker Guinness. Not really my thing.

Bottle from Eltham Wines, Eltham. Black pour with a light tan head. Aromas of caramel, cola, candy sugar, sweet spice, varnish. Flavours of cola cubes, caramel, a little liquorice, tobacco, Baileys liqueur, nuts. Rich vinous mouthfeel. Very sweet finish.
