Canned 5/3/22, drunk 12/24/23. Lightly-to-moderately cloudy, light raspberry juice-colored with a small, pinkish head. Nose is lush raspberry juice, very full, aromatic and authentic with no big aggressive acids. Hops on the end bring the acidity with citrus and finally gentle lactic acidity. Clean, bright. Strong salinity up front softens the raspberry perkiness but the juicy, full flavor still feels the palate as juicy lactic and fruity, lightly citrusy hops add moderate, rounded bitterness.

Tastes like raspberry cereal, salty raspberry cereal, forget the name of that one cereal... Fruity pebbles? Odd one.

22 ounce bottle into tulip glass, bottled in 4/2018. Pours opaquely hazy deep ruby red/pink/purple color with a 1 finger fairly dense and fluffy light pink head with good retention, that reduces to a thin cap that lingers. Nice spotty lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big juicy/tart/tangy raspberries, fruit skin/seeds, lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, peach, pear, melon, green apple, red grape, sea salt, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, bread, light pepper/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of fruity/acidic yeast, raspberries, citrusy hops, sea salt, and moderate pale/wheat malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big juicy/tart/tangy raspberries, fruit skin/seeds, lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, peach, pear, melon, green apple, red grape, sea salt, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, bread, light pepper/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Light fruity/lactic tartness, fruit tang, and yeast spiciness on the finish. Lingering notes of tart/tangy raspberries, fruit skin/seeds, lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, peach, pear, melon, green apple, red grape, sea salt, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, bread, light pepper/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Fantastic complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/acidic yeast, raspberries, citrusy hops, sea salt, and moderate pale/wheat malt flavors; with an awesome malt/tartness and tangy fruit balance; with no puckering flavors after the finish. Light-moderate increasing dryness from tartness and tangy fruit. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/grainy/acidic/tangy, fairly crisp, and lightly saline balanced mouthfeel that is fantastic. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 4.7%. Overall this is a fantastic fruited gose! All around outstanding complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/acidic yeast, raspberries, citrusy hops, sea salt, and moderate pale/wheat malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, and refreshing to drink with the modestly acidic/tangy/drying finish. Never overly lactic or salty. Amazing balance of jammy berries, vibrant hops, and Lacto complexity; with a nice pale/wheat malt backbone against acidity. A highly enjoyable offering, and spot on style example as expected. All of their sours are consistently impressive.

Sampled from the tap at Rattle n Hum. Pours a cloudy bright purple with a white head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma is full of tart raspberry with a funky yogurt and wheat backing. Flavor has a nice creamy tart raspberry with wheat and a slight hint of yogurt underlying.
