I tillegg litt stall i aromaen. Elegant, heftig og begeistret ganerenser de luxe.

750 ml bottle into tulip glass; no bottle dating, but is a recent release. Pours lightly hazy medium golden yellow color with a 2 finger dense and fluffy white head with solid retention, that reduces to a thin ring of lace that lingers. Light spotty lacing cling on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of juicy/tart/tangy tangerine, lemon, lime, citrus peel, peach, pear, pineapple, mango, melon, green apple, white wine, guava, berry, oak, hay, straw, grass, wheat, and cracker; with lighter notes of oaken vanilla, leathery/musty funk, white wine vinegar, and yeast/oak earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of fruity/funky/acidic yeast, tangerine; moderate oak, and pale/wheat malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big juicy/tart/tangy tangerine, lemon, lime, citrus peel, peach, pear, pineapple, mango, melon, green apple, white wine, guava, berry, oak, hay, straw, grass, wheat, and cracker; with lighter notes of oaken vanilla, leathery/musty funk, white wine vinegar, and yeast/oak earthiness. Light-moderate fruity/lactic tart sourness; light fruit tang, and yeast/oak tannin spiciness on the finish. Lingering notes of sour/tart/tangy tangerine, lemon, lime, citrus peel, peach, pear, pineapple, mango, melon, green apple, white wine, guava, berry, oak, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, light vanilla/funk/vinegar, and yeast/oak earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/funky/acidic yeast, tangerine; moderate oak, and pale/wheat malt flavors; with a nice malt/tart/sourness balance. Slightly increasing pucker through the glass, but not overwhelming. Light-moderate increasing dryness from tart/sourness and tangy fruit. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, moderately crisp, grainy/acidic, and lightly tangy/tannic balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol for 7.9%. Overall this is an awesome fruited sour/wild ale. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/funky/acidic yeast, tangerine; moderate oak, and pale/wheat malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, and easy to drink for the ABV; with the moderately acidic/tangy/drying finish, not overly lactic. Very well rounded Brett/Lacto complexity and balanced tangerines; nice oak foeder presence, and solid pale/wheat malt backbone. A really enjoyable offering, and spot on style example as expected.
