Very vinous aroma, grapes. The whine character comes back in the flavor, but is followed by a strong oaky flavor. Not very sour, but with citric notes. Grapes and oak aftertaste. Not the best lambic in the world, still very good.

#12000. Thank you for sharing RB People! Sampled draft @ ZBF 2018. The youngest that they sell their lambiek. Near clear golden with no head. Nose is very yoghurt, butter, sweet. Taste is yoghurt & butter lambiek, buttery body, hay, mild funk, wild yeast. Too youghut & buttery at this stage, young indeed.

Sampled @ Zythos Bier Festival 2018. A clear golden beer. Aroma of mild fruity apples, dms, tart fruits. Taste of mild sourish apples, tart yellow fruits, some brett.

Clear copper orange beer, small aery irregular white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: funky, bit fruity, lots of yoghurt, diacetyl. MF: soft carbon, medium to light body, bit of an oily texture. Taste: little bitter, fruity touch, acidic, bitter touch. Aftertaste: bitter touch, buttery, diacetyl, bit metallic, green apples.

Draught at ZBF. Clear golden color with tiny head. Aroma is yoghurt, buttery, stinky feet. Taste is yoghurt, hay, a touch butter. Oily mouthfeel, flat. Quite yoghurty, but alright.

@ Volkscafé De Cam, Gooik. Golden apple juice colour, no foam, no carbonation. Funky, barnyard, lemon. Notes of apple cider. Very well balanced. Refreshing. Nice lambic!

[9/20/15] Oak barrel sample at the blendery in Gooik. Hazy golden. Great funky aroma full of cobwebs, tons of oak, and some fruitiness. Sourish and slightly sweetish flavor, citric, oaky, with a bit of malt. Quite light-bodied. Great and refreshing.

At de cam.pours unclear yellow no head. Smell is malty, bit buttery. Taste is buttery.some maltyness left. Chewy. Nice
