The creation of the Saison Dupont Cuvée Dry Hopping goes back to 2010. It is a blond beer, top fermented and just as the traditional Saison Dupont with refermentation in the bottle. The specialty of this Saison is the dry hopping*. Since 2018, a Slovenian variety « Styrian Wolf » has been used which produces the more intensive hop aromas and touches of fruit (in particular passion fruit and pine resin). It became a coppery blond beer, dry and thirst-quenching with a bitterness and soft bitter aftertaste. Our selection of yeasts creates the aromas and bitter taste. A real refermentation in the bottle, which can go on for a long time in your cellar, results in a complex and very aromatic beer.

On tap. Pours a dull copper color with light head. Aromas of earthy/fruity esters, bananas, and muted citrus. Flavors follow same. Unique, though not getting much of the dry hops.

Bottle, exp. 02/2024, Styrian Wolf. Golden mostly-clear beer, huge head with a fat Belgian farmhouse nose: wheat, hay, spicy esters, wild kinda yeast. Flavor is nice and dry, crisp with moderate acidity and some winter-alpine-evergreen note to the bitterness. Caramel and light honey notes fade to this intense mid-palate earthy bitterness. Quite refreshing after I've eaten too much at company event earlier in the day. Nice one!

Draft. 2023 which doesn’t seem to exist here yet. Bit hazy golden. Sweet malts, fruity hops, spicy yeast, soft orange zest, light mineral. Hmmmm nice and lovely balance. Medium sweet and bit less bitter. Good stuff.

hazy yellow colour, medium sized dense ecru-ish off-white head; aroma of lemony, lemon peel, some unripe pear, green apple peel, wheaty and hay notes; taste has the same notes with some banana, tropical fruity and clove notes - like a mixture of a Belgian saison and a weizen; good one!

Eingetrübte gelbe Farbe mit weißer Schaumkrone. Hopfiger, fruchtiger, malziger Geruch. Geschmacklich grasig hopfig, fruchtig, etwas getreidig, leicht säuerlich. Mittlere Süße mit mittlerer Bitterkeit, mittlerer Körper mit spürbarer Kohlensäure.

Für ein trübes Grisette ist es wirklich sehr schön hopfig. Dabei nicht komisch bitter, sondern wirklich ausgewogen und grasig-fruchtig und hat dabei einen netten getreidigen Körper und einen leichten Sauerbier-Abgang.

Bottle at Hundholmen, Bod�. The colour is unclear straw with an off-white head. Aroma of limegrass. cloves, wheat, Belgian yeast and white bread. The flavour mirrors the aroma. Has a slick mouth feel, medium body and a medium level bitterness. Fresh and tasteful. The hops fits the saison really well.

Bottle, 6.5% (Styrian Wolf). Belgian yeast aroma with some baking yeast and a caramelly hop note. Cloudy golden colour. Big stable creamy white head. The flavour is slightly sweet and caramelly with a hint of bubble gum and a mild and clean bitterness.
