Draught Very dense & fine white head, lacey, over cold hazed golden beer. Citrussy nose, and I seem to get other grains. Softer citrussy flavour, again other grains. Bit bitterish herbs (say young dandelion leaves). Light body, soft carbonation and not very slick. Nice session beer.

Bottle from Drankenhandel Leiden. Aroma is yeasty with pale malt, some hoppy notes, touch of citrus, peppery yeast. Lightl herbal. Flavour is lightly sweetish and mild bitter. Body is medium, finishes slightly dry.

Bottle. Light gusher. Color: Lightly hazy golden, white head. Aroma: Hoppy, citrus zest, spicy yeast. Taste: Hoppy, moderate bitterness, zesty (orange and hints of lemon, some grapeskin, spicy yeast, bit peppery, light sweet and bready malt backbone. Dry and spicy Saison-ish finish. Medium body, below average carbonation. I'm fan.

Donkergeel bier met schuim. Smaak is licht bitterzoet met iets van citrus en wat hars. OK.

Couleur pâle, col fin blanc.
Arôme au bouquet frais houblonné un peu noble mais avec une bonne note d'agrumes.
Palais est frais, malt pâle et pils, caramel avec un léger côté brett d'Orval, belle effervescence avec une petite pointe de zeste en fin de bouche.

Bière 33 cl bue au restaurant il Forno a Redu. Blonde dorée assez limide avec fin col de mousse blonde. Nez agréable,très herbal, façon houblon a cru,dans doute lié au chinook souvent utilisé dans les Ipa. Légère, rafraîchissante avec une pointe de houblon amer, plutôt sympa!

Draft at Gist. Clear golden. Soft bready malts, juicy hops, light weedy. More American than Belgian. Medium sweet and bitter. Quite OK.
