From tap at Borefts 2019. Aroma is strong barrel influence with malt, white wine, herbal notes, and oak. Ripe fruit, lots of wood, some funk, vinous flavour. Sourish and sweetish. Complex and funky.

Beetje vreemd. Chemisch en een beetje zuur. Geen fijne combinatie. Sympathieke brouwerij maar dit is niet voor mij gemaakt.

Picked up from Dranken Geers, Oostakker nr Ghent, consumed at Camping Ansitz Wildberg, Sud Tyrol, Italy Thursday 3rd October 2019. Pours hazy amber with a white head, fruity and rather tart, the barrel ageing clearly adds complexity but I am not sure it was worth it. This beer continued to ooze out of the bottle like an indoor firework. It's tangy, tart but nothing special.
