Tap at Hoppzak. Hazy golden, small white head. Deep funk, sweet malts, soft peach, earthy, dry cellar, fresh oak, a touch ofineral sulphur. Medium sweet, less sour. Over medium bodied. Good.

Tap @ Både &, Kristiansand. Unclear golden body with a small, lacing white head. Aroma is funky, fruity, mild wood and balanced acidic. Flavor feels surprisingly sweet and fruit at the first impression, then the lovely tart funkiness and mild lemon acidity hits the pallets. Very well balanced and almost extremely dangerous easy drinkable. Not the most complex or sour geuze around, but maybe one of the most quenchable, pure pleasure.

Draught @ Ölrepubliken. Pours hazy deep golden with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, funk, barnyard and tart apple juice. Taste is light to medium sweet and light to medium sour with a long funky, tart, apple and citrus finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Publick House draught, 5/31/24. Clear, muted brass. Small, white head immediately to ring. Wow this doesn't smell very Boon-like! It's been so long since I've had a Marriage Parfait that I don't remember if it's more along those lines, but regardless, there's not that awful, dominating green apple and wet cork. Much more straightforward lactic acidity with typical wheat crustiness and a bit of cellar must. No acetic, lower Brett. Round lactic character with cheese rind and a bit of green apple (but no wet cork). Some mustiness, somewhat abruptly vanishing acidity on the finish with clean, polished wheat and malt. That being said, I wish it were a bit more funky, sour, oaky...I don't know...just something more here. But as a refreshing drink of the working class, it certainly nails it.

Draft pour at the The Belgian Brewers' Bash in Washington DC. Poured a orange color with a slight haze and a huge white, fluffy head. Aroma was light, funky and tart. Flavor had some light fruity sweetness. Really interesting stuff.
