22 ounce bottle into tulip glass, bottled on 9/29/2015. Pours slightly hazy golden amber color with a 1-02 finger dense white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Light spotty lacing clings around the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas of lemon, lime, pineapple, apricot, strawberry, blueberry, melon, white grape, honey, wheat, and biscuit; with light hay, grass, pepper, funk, and yeast earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance and complexity of fruity/earthy yeast and moderate bready malt notes; with solid strength. Taste of lemon, lime, pineapple, apricot, strawberry, blueberry, melon, white grape, honey, wheat, and biscuit; with light hay, grass, pepper, funk, and yeast earthiness. Light fruity tartness and yeast spiciness on the finish; with lingering notes of lemon, lime, pineapple, apricot, strawberry, blueberry, melon, white grape, honey, wheat, biscuit, hay, grass, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Nice complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/earthy yeast and moderate bready malt flavors; with a great malt/tartness balance, and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Light dryness from tart/spiciness as well. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, fairly creamy/grainy, and lightly acidic/sticky balanced mouthfeel that is nice. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 5.5%. Overall this is a nice Brett wild ale. All around good complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/earthy yeast and moderate bready malt flavors; very smooth and easy to drink. On the maltier side, but has nice balanced Brett complexity. Glad I aged it for a year to let it develop. A nicely enjoyable offering.

22oz bomber. Lots of musty mildness. Drinks with that soft wine cooler tone, artificialish Really lacks depth, I think the brett eats up some malt character. A pretty outstanding grape wine cooler, but not really a good beer. Unimpressive. OK for a tasting as a palate cleanser, but not an enjoyable beer to drink a full serving of.

Draft Sunset Grill and Tap. Crystal clear golden color. No head. Aroma is funky berries, wet oak and nasty yeast.

Wow... This is not pleased. This is like bad yeast mixed with acetone. Like bad urine and bad oak. Damn, 2 onuces was enough of this! Can’t do it

22 oz bottle. Pours a clear amber golden with a white head. Tart white grape aroma with some berry and brett. Flavor is bretty saltine and tart white grape, hints of other fruits. I’m enjoying this.
