Bottle pour. Fairly clear rose red, no head or lacing. Aroma is honey and raspberries, of course. Flavor is fairly sweet, but not overpowering, berries and slightly tart berry juices. Medium body, no carbonation. Ok, its not the most complex mead in history, but I thought it was decent enough.

This is a sweet and sour mead with a mild raspberry character. The complexity is fairly low, both characteristics being simple in nature. Sort of a muddy reddish colour.

Hazy red color. It has a nice character of berry juice, good sweetness level, and the alcohol is well concealed. It tastes more like raspberry wine.
Quite nice.

500mL bottle, pours a hazy reddish orange with a tiny white bubbly head. Nose brings out perfumey wildflower honey and a touch of raspberries. Flavour follows suit, with wildflower honey and raspberries. Fairly sweet, without much complexity, but it's very easy drinking. Not offensive and much better than I expected given the ratings. Still not anything special, but fairly solid.

Sampled at 3rd annual RI Brewfest. Light rose color with a mild berry and honey blend in the nose. Flavor is exactly what you would expect from the nose. Honey and berry that comes over as artificial. A bid to much noticeable sugar. The artificial note I would bet gets overwhelming if you have more than 2 oz of this.

@Richmond/Williamsburg Gathering-500 ml bottle-pours no head and copper color. Aroma is bad fruit-tart apple. Taste is sugary fruit-tart apple/raspberry, medium malt. Taste is better than the aroma. Thanks Immy for the rating.

Bottle shared by Immy at the 2008 Richmond Summer Gathering in Williamsburg. Thanks Tim! Clear pink-ish color. Pretty atrocious aroma of raspberry and plastic. Taste is a great improvement over the aroma with pleasant raspberry and honey notes. Full bodied.
