Bottle. Purple in color with no head. Nasty berry flavor and aroma. Not a very good beer.

Big Can: Hazy red with a poof of a head, per the species. Mixed berry aroma. Taste is sweet.....like a flat Big Red Soda, raspberry, blackberry, strawberry. A bit of lime and some alcohol bitter. I think this is about the 23rd version I've had.....because I suffer for my art, I guess..... It lands around the middle in the catalog.

16 oz. can. Pours a hazy strawberry candy color with a tiny pink head that quickly disappeared. No lacing. Strawberry candy and booze aroma. Weak artificial berry flavor with a boozy finish. 8.0 ABV is very evident. More AB alco-pop. Sweet but not as sickly sweet as most of the other Rita series. No beer to be found here.

Thanks Adam for sharing this I think. The berry aroma consumes the room seconds after the can is cracked. Clear hazy electric red pink color with a thin white head. Berry aroma in spades. Sweet sugary berry and little else in the flavor. I'm not sure why my friends keep bringing these to tastings, but Tick.

Can provided by Adam, drunk 10/13/18.
Artificial everything. Clear. Berry kool aid. Not quite as bad as usual. Medicinal, fake and boozy.

Tall Boy can, thanks Adam! Bright red color. Aroma is just a berry malt liquor. Funny, Johnnniee say, Seagrams Wine cooler. It reminds me of Bartles & James wild berry wine cooler. Overly sweet and sugary.

Poured from can thanks Adam light berry with an off white head. Aroma and taste is berry jolly rancher robitussin with a lingering acetic finish.

Tall Boy (how in the hell did I beat both PorterPounder and Drowland?). Raspberry/blackberry, lime, light malt, hay, and alcohol aroma. Hazy ruby red - small short-lasting head. Very sweet berry, light lime, malt and mildly bitter alcohol/light hay flavor. A bit rougher than the others.

Very nice. Juicy/tart/tangy black/rasp/blueberries/fruit skin/cracker/white sugar/lt herbal. Semisweet/semicrisp carb. Lt acidic/tangy/tannic/spicy alcohol drying. No cloying. Very smooth, min warmth. Not too artificial. Really tasty stuff.
