Erg schuimig, met die port en vijgen heeft het een vage smaak. Wel prettig. Iets bitterder dan ik prettig vind. Op naar Portugalbets

Bottle. No gusher over here. Color: Almost black, light brown head. Taste: Over medium sweet, dark chocoloate, coffee, notes of overripe dark red fruit, figs, brown sugar, molasses. Light to moderate bitterness, more bitterness and port notes at finish. Full body, below average carbonation. Bit sticky sweet mouthfeel. Nice dessert beer.

330 ml. bottle @ De Bierbrigandier during Roadburn 2018. Porto BA & figs. GUSHER, slow but it just kept on gushing. Dark brown, massive gusher head collapsing. Nose is overripe dark fruit, figs, wine, sugar, desert. Thin grainy, fizzy, too powder, hay, caramel, boozy, dark fruit, lots of grainy chocolate, hay, mocha,… Overall nice but not as good as hopped, things went south here clearly, Porto is bit lost & body is totally wrong still fair.
