Slightly cloudy deep red to pinkish purple beer, small aery irregular head, unstable, dissipates quickly. Aroma: infected, funky, a bit floral, fruity touch, bit woody. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: soft acidity, bit soapy bitterness, floral notes, red berries, some tannins. Aftertaste: pretty dry, acidic, berries, more tannins.

On tap at Farmhouse Fest 2018, pours an opaque dark reddish pink with a small off-white head. Aroma brings out tart pithy raspberries, with light funk and some wood. Flavour is very woody and fruity, with lots of tannins, wood, and tart red fruits. Nicely constructed, with an oaky finish. Excellent.
