High fermentation, bottle refermentation. A blend of barley malts and wheat malts gives St Rieul Blanche a pale yellow color and a slight natural cloudiness. orange peels and coriander enhance the product.

Un mélange de malts d'orges et de malts de blés donne à la St Rieul Blanche une couleur jaune pâle et un léger trouble naturel. Des écorces d'orange et de la coriandre rehaussent le produit.
Son goût est légèrement acidulé et fruité, peu d'amertume.
A consommer lorsqu'il fait chaud...

On tap at Express de Lyon Paris. Hazy pale gold colour lasting white head. Lemon aroma. Spicy orange in the mouth. Not too soapy. Some bitterness. Pretty competent wit bier with good spicy orange finish. Good.

Bottle, name was Spatule Blanche, hazy yellow beer, small head. Aroma is wheat, lemon, spice, tart. Taste is the same, not bad, drinkable beer.

Bottled (backlog). Hazy yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is citrus, spices, yeast, some herbs and mild wheaty notes. Flavour is citrus, herbs, malts and some mild fruity notes. A bit watery, but otherwise ok.

bottle from Cave a Bulles Paris. Hazy pale yellow, tiny white head. Whetay and yeasty, fruity nose with banana hints. Very mooth palate, wheaty, yeasty, fruity with hints of spices and tropical fruit, shy citrusy touch. Very nice summer beer.

Bottled. A murky golden beer with a very fast disappearing off-white head. The aroma is sweet malty iwth notes of citrus and ginger. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of fruit, lemon and oranges, as well as medium notes of malt and ginger.

33 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a fizzy and immediately disappearing white head. Orange fruity and citric with a solid yeasty spiced aroma. Dry wheaty flavour with a mild yeasty note. Ends dry wheaty and mild yeasty.
