Tap@Taphouse, Copenhagen - Golden pour with white head. Has a light sour and more sweet balance, hoppy, some subtle cocoa notes, malty, kind of strange, not sold on this.

Draft. A black beer with a huge dark brown head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt, wood, brett, and chocolate. The flavor is acidic with notes of lemons, brettanomyces, roasted malt, and wood, leading to a dry and tart finish.

Draft 7 oz pour at the Logsdon Barrel house. Possibly the most intriguing beer they offer at the moment. Pours a near black with an active tan fizz head. Aroma is slightly tart fruit, soft dough, and hinted caramel. Flavor has an excellent blend of sour and stout. Pear like fruit. Bready late, but in a good way. Sourness 4/10. Excellent cross of style here. Loved it.
