Toffee, dates, and kibble nose. Cloudy rust, thin yellow head. Smoky dates and caramel. Light body, easy carbonation. I don't get the low ratings, this is nice.

Bottle from Tres Bonne Cuisine. Dull, lifeless pour, looks like an iced tea. Deep caramel aroma, with a definite musty character. Caramel is also the dominant flavor, not much else to this, but the malt. On target for the style, but not a good example.

Cloudy, brown with an ice-tea foam top. Bready, oxidized....caramel aroma. Sweet, stale, baked bread....old taste. Nutty, wooden and thick. Not good...very unpleasant.

Unusual, like a dunkel with a light palate. Malt and apple aroma. Sweet malt flavor, and brown sugar, with some salt. Light red color.

Pours a copperish orange with a modest, but short lived off-white head. Nose is very sweet with malt, hints of fruit, and a bit grassey. Bold, malt taste is a bit abrasive with the alcohol content. Dry, sour and a bit metallic.

Pour is a amber with a small white head. Aroma is malty and brown sugar. Flavor is toffee and sugar with malts making and an appearance in there. A decent brew and the price was right at only $1.69 for an 18 oz bottle.

Sampled draught in Biržai
Clear reddish amber colour. Fruity, yet clean. Medium bodied with low-medium bitterness. Very drinkable considering it’s size, but I would have liked some more flavour.
