DArk brown color and a nice tan head. Chocolate, roasted malts, dried apricot.Taste is sweet, chocolate and cocoa.

Bottle 0.33l. Cloudy, red to brown colored. AROMA- sweet dessert, creamy, cocoa, chocolate, fruit jelly, nuts, herbal, earthy. FLAVOR- smooth, lightly sweet, lightly bitter, creamy, dessert with cream, cocoa and apricots. Medium bodied. Very good.

Tap at Damian at a tasting. Fully malty, chocolate, cocoa, light deep roast. Med-full body, moderate carbonation. Starts rather chocolatey sweet, finishes on a dry cocoa roasted note. Alcohol warmth coming through a bit, but not too much. Good one.

Tap at Beertime. Pitch black body with a creamy beige head. Looks excellent really. Cocoa lactose apricot/cherry sweetish aroma, slightly leaving a buttery fealing. Smooth taste, cocoa, figs, some jammy notes. Not that much outright apricot perhaps in the taste, but they basically almost nailed it - a very nice, tastty pastry stout!
