Cette blanche titrant à 4,5 % et brassée avec du Mosaic est réellement sauvée par le gingembre qui y est ajoutée. Cela amène un petit plus qui laisserait place, sans cela à une bière insipide. Le visuel est sur un blond jaune voilé avec une très fine effervescence soutenue et une mousse blanche, crémeuse de 2 cm. Le nez est sur une base classique de blanche : blé, zest de citron, zest d'orange et coriandre agrémentée de gingembre. Celui-ci est correctement dosé. En bouche, les arômes disparaissent rapidement en bouche. Heureusement que le gingembre est présent. C'est frais en tout cas et très bien pour désaltérer en été. Pour le reste...rien de passionnant.

330ml bottle from Noz, Nieppe. Pours a misty pale yellow, decent white cap. Quite a prominent hoppy citrus and floral wit aroma. An appealing citrussy hop presence couples with the floral spicy wit sweetness to taste. Not too bad.

Pajiza clara, nebulosa y con enorme y bonita espuma blanca bastante densa y cremosa. Aroma agradable cítrico y con predominio de gengibre. En boca es ligera aunque punzante de gas. Sabor claramente cítrico, limón y claramente a jengibre. Seca y de amargor moderado. Refrescante aunque con exceso de gas.

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso resta attratto dal luppolo, dal fruttato e dallo speziat. L'intensità olfattiva è elegante e la maniera in cui permane è apprezzabile. Il mantello birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma dalla buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di aspetto nuvoloso. Il colore è giallo torbido. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è deciso. La forza gustativa è molto elevata. La continuità gustativa è lunga e persistente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è intenso. In bocca l'aroma è quello di miele, crosta di pane, frutta secca, agrumi, pompelmo, ananas, coriandolo, ginger, uva spina, mandarino e gelsomino.

Аромат вроде бы сначала типичный для вита, кориандр и цитрусыно затем появляются какие то странные нотки от специй с горькими нотами. Цвет кстати вообще в стиль, очень мутный и белый, пенка есть. Вкус еще более странный. Эти специи пованивают очень странным сеном, прямо как из амбара с несовсем чистыми животными. Есть пшенница при этом и кориандр, есть цитрусы с кислинкой небольшой. При глотке горчинка с травами. В целом очень странно.

330ml bottle. Hazy, yellow-ish, pale golden colour with average to huge, frothy, moderately lasting and lacing, snow white head. Minimally perfumed, citrusy fruity hoppy and spicy aroma, widely disguised, wheaty malty background, notes of lemon, coriander, hints of wasabi. Taste is perfumed, citrusy fruity hoppy and spicy, notes of lemon, coriander, wasabi, widely disguised, wheaty malty background. Watery texture, smooth, minimally dry palate, medium, dense, foamy, mildly prickly carbonation. Relatively intensely spicy, quite refreshing - good.

Servida en tulipa, color amarillo pajizo, turbia, espuma blanca bien conservada. Aroma a levadura, cilantro, cítricos, una chispa de jengibre, especias... En boca es de cuerpo ligero, textura acuosa, cítrica, especiada, dulzor medio, amargor escaso, fresca, ligeramente astringente. Agradable, bien para acompañar una tapas.

Large foamy white head on a cloudy pale lemon coloured body. Yeast, wheat & spice aroma. Medium bodied, foamy with a cloying back. Ginger, lime, coriander, wheat & clove tastes with a citrus finish. Would be great on a hot summer's day but unfortunately it's been quite a cool summer's day.

Troebel lichtgeel bier met veel schuim. Smaak is fruitig en ietwat bitterzuur met iets van citroen, overduidelijk wat gember en wat graan.
Apart witbier dat me afgezien van het uiterlijk niet zo kan bekoren.
