From a 550ml can on 26/3/2021. Pours an opaque deep purple red with a medium pinkish head which quickly disappears. Has a huge maple and berry nose. Flavour wise, there's masses of sweet and tart blackberry with lots of maple syrup in the background, along with some vanilla coffee and cakey notes. The sweet/tart balance is fantastic. The mouthfeel is sticky and syrupy, the carbonation soft. An amazing beer, but perhaps not quite $25 a can amazing.

I don’t get this stuff way too much of everything for me. Just not working smoothely together. A strong sourness. An extreme maple syrup thick sugary sweetness and body. Blended with a blueberry sweetness it has touches of Maggi. 50ml max for me.

Very dark purple pour with a pink head. Huge maple notes up front, followed by blackberries, a bit of vanilla, lactose. Seems to be less sweet than some of the other maple Biancas I have tried, and more well-balanced. Damn nice.

8-5-6-4-13 Can, seven months before bbd. Pours deep dark opaque red, with a big creamy purple head. Aroma is sweet with maple syrup, blackberries and forest berry juice and musty fruit peel, as well as vanilla, lactose, pancakes and lassi. Creamy body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is tart notes of dark forest berries, musty fruits minerals and maple syrup , as well as vanilla, lactose, pancakes and lassi. This tastes as the home made fruit juice your grandma forgot in the back of her kitchen cupboard back in her wild and slightly experimental days. Not very quaffable, but good in the strangest of ways, oddly pleasing and drinkable as only those old and slightly fermented home made fruit juices can be... Very berry, with a tart dryness in the finish. Not definitly a beer, but not exactly anything else either.

Pours very intense, dark purple. Nearly black. Small, dark pink to purple head. Smell is intense, maple, fruity, full on, tad sharp, thick. Taste is full, sweet, maple, intense fruits, mild acidity, rather sweet. Maple like finish. Very nice !
