Pink Pony Reloaded is a Gose with lots of raspberry and pineapple. We aged a small amount of this on Chardonnay wine barrels for almost a year, which has given it a vinous note with a hint of vanilla from the oak. The fruit no longer takes center stage, and the beer is elegant, light pink, and sophisticated. Contains lactose

Appearance - 7 | Aroma - 8 | Flavor - 7.5 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7.5

Pours clear, peachy, no real head. Smell is fruity, mild oak, refined. Taste is full, tad sweet, mildly salty. Fruity. nice ! not much left of what a basic gose is though… a unique beer for sure !
