Our head brewer had the romantic idea of doing a 100% Tahoma hop farmhouse ale. After testing the hops in an infusion tea, we found it was so bad, and so dead that we had to look somewhere else for the hop bill. But Tahoma was such a cool name that we decided to keep it even if there is No Tahoma hop in this beer! This Farmhouse pale ale is brewed with oat malt, hopped with Ella, Magnum and Smaragd. Dry-hopped with Simcoe, Centennial and Rakau.

Bouteille 750ml.

Awesome stuff for style. Subtle and very easy drinking. Reminds me a lot of Taras Boulba. Some florals and some hay like a country wedding. Hazy golden pour with carpet lacing and good head. Crisp, snappy bitter finiah with a grapefruit peel zing. Tap at Sovereign.

Bottle: Poured a slightly hazy yellow color ale with a huge pure white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of dry funky Brett notes with light dry hoppy notes with some floral undertones. Taste is a great mix of dry funky Brett notes with some dry hoppy floral undertones. Body si full with nice creamy texture and some good carbonation. This is a nice easy drinking saison and I wish I would have access to this beer more regularly.

Bottle at Farmhouse Festival Vancouver, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out a lovely rustic farmhouse quality along with lightly floral hops. Flavour is fresh, with lots of fresh hopping and moderate rustic farmhouse yeast. Balanced beautifully. Nicely done.
