Hazy, Cloudy yellow pour, with a thick medium white head. Aroma is incredibly green, with lots of tropical fruit and some citrus zest. Lots of fresh hop cones with some really nice tart notes. Carb is a little low, mouth feel is good. Finish is zesty, and tart, with hints of crisp cereals and fresh on the vine hop cones. Very refreshing and crisp. Quite nice.

From tap at Brody's, Den Haag. Aroma is nicely Bretty (intended or otherwise) with farmhouse funk, yeast, floral notes, spices, some citrus, biscuity malt, grass. Flavour is light sourish and sweet. Body is medium. Very tasty, nice farmhouse character.

Draught at La Binouze, stable long lasting bubbly frothy head, light hazy and quite intense yellow colour, grapefruit peel, feral notes, some yeastiness, grapefruit peel and medium empathic shrubby bitterness, hint of fruity sourness and just a bit of maltiness in the back.

Tap at Vices et Versa. A bit hazy yellow colour, small white head. White pepper spicey with some fruityness in the nose. Medium-bodied. Flavour is similar... Saison yeast spicey, pale malts, light white wineous touch. Solid basic Saison.

Bouteille 75cl @ Annual Tilquin Enthusiasts Admin tasting, merci Vincent.
