Bottled. A brown beer with a dark brown head. The aroma has notes of spices, coffee, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of lemons, coffee, and spices, leading to a bitter finish.

33 cl bottle. Pours hazy brown with a small tan head. Aroma is cherry and chestnut, vanilla and nutmeg. Sweet, fruity, nutmeg and herbal. Sweet and toasted finish.

Bottle@TTBS, Copenhagen (22/11/2016) - reddish amber coloured pour with off-white head. Sour vague cheery aroma and taste, some nutty notes of nuts (almond) kind of artificial medicinal notes coming in (night nurse) didn’t get on with this.

Pours dark ruby body with small, short lasting, off-white head. Smell is a bit undefined, malty with notes of cherry and cardboard. Medium body, highly carbonated. Watery texture and mouthfeel. Taste is mostly sour with some slight bitterness towards the end. Aroma of malts, sour cherry syrup, candy. Somewhat woody. Overall, not bad and actually refreshing. Worth a try but it’s not something I’d pick up again - simply not my preference.

Bottled at Pivnica Union, Ljubljana. Hazy mahogany colour, mid sized head. Aroma of artificial cherry syrup. Very sweet with light body and clean, sticky mouthfeel. Artificial cherry syrup and vanilla extract. Syrupy finish with a slight metallic edge.

Zimtgeruch. Künstlich kirschiger Antrunk, spritzig, trocken mit leichter Herbe. Dabei noch verhältnismäßig wenig süß und als Limo gelungen. Nett. 8/7/9/7/12/7

Bottle, 330 ml at Brežice Festival. Pours deep amber, small off-white head. Malty, chestnut, cherries. Reminds me bit of chestnut puree. Also has a bit artificial feel to it. Sweet. Not my thing.

Deep red brown colour, off-white head. Aroma of cherry, roasted chestnuts, fire, sour red fruits. Sweet malty flavour, roasted chestnuts, sour cherry. Sweet malty finish, vanilla, sour cherry, chestnut. Surprising beer -disregarding the fact it exactly delivers what it promises: sour cherries & chestnuts.
