17/5/2020. Sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours hazy golden orange with a bubbly white head. Aroma is musty apple, light funky, barnyard. Moderate sweetness and light tartness. Medium body. Carbonation is quite lively. Drying finish. Decent.

750ml wired cork bottle from Scrattings. Opened with a loud pop. Hazy orangey golden colour, big fizzy white foam head that rapidly dissipates away and aroma of tangy apple, musty, wood barrel, funky. Taste is sweetish, orchardy apple, tangy, tannic, leathery barnyard funk, with woody oak barrel, drying tannins and some acidity. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry tart & tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

75cl bottle shared with Soph. Pours unclear orange. Aroma has pleasant sweet apple fruit, some citric orange hints. High carbonation. Taste is soft dusty musty apple fruit, lightly sweet, soft fuzzy tannins, easy-going acidity. Nice keeved cider.
