Blackcurrant Witbier
An ode to Bristol as the original home of Ribena.
Berry Lush is a tart and refreshing Blackcurrant Witbier. Pils malt, wheat malt, flaked wheat & oats have been combined with 300kg of blackcurrant puree to produce a beer that is slightly tart and refreshing with a magnificent red colour and pink foam.

On tap at Pilcrow, Manchester during summer 2018. Pours hazy berry red with a pink head. Aroma: blackcurrant ribena. Taste: light sweet, dry, tart red berries, wheaty hints. Medium bodied, average carb, light fruity finish

330ml bottle. Pours hazy red with a big pink head. Aroma of blackcurrant, suspiciously similar to Ribena actually. Taste of tart blackcurrants, quite dry, a little sour and a little wheaty. Light bodied, moderate carbonation. Nice beer, just wish it had a little more intensity as it's really light and airy.

330ml bottle @ Clink, Birmingham prior to watching Slave to the Grind grindcore documentary at Mockingbird, Custard Factory. Pours deep hazed red, pinkish white head. Light blackcurrant nose. Taste is crisp, clean with prominent tart blackcurrants, gentle sour notes, fairly light and easy-drinking. Nice.
