440ml can from Ghost Whale. Canned 080518. Pours slightly hazy yellowish orange with a foamy head. Aroma of tropical fruits, grass, pine, citrus and hay. Taste is smooth, slightly grassy and earthy with some biscuity malts, pine, fruits and citrus. Finish is light bodied, slightly watery and fruity with some grass, pine, hay and citrus. Okay, quite light bodied and easy going.

Can from Whole Foods, Kensington. Drunk from the can on a sunny hot late afternoon in Hyde Park before watching Nine Inch Nails at Royal Albert Hall. No comment on appearance. Light hoppy nose. Biscuity sweet malt with a crisp sweet citrus, grapefruit, lemon character. Body seems to get lighter through the can but generally holds up well with a good hoppy presence.

Can at home. Pours orange Amber with a thin white head. Aroma is a little orange, digestive biscuits and a little peppery hop. Taste is quite a biscuit malty feel. Bit of orange and a little bitter hop with pepper at the end. Not the best of the small beers but decent enough.

Level 6 Bottleshare. Thanks to Fergus. Light haze on this gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Airy palate, semi dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Light swestish malts. Trace of spice. Modest orange and orange peel. Okay for the abv.

Can. Beer Central, Sheffield. Hazed, amber orange colour. Slim, messy, off white head. Nose has spicy biscuit malts. Orange jelly. Bit of a lavender honey thing going on. Doesn’t smell as bright as some CW small beers. Tadte has a malty sweetness. Hint of floral, citrus hop bite. Light to medium body. Low carbonation. Soft bitterness to finish. Ok. Doesn’t pop.
