Bottle. Unclear ruby color with off-white head. Aroma is vineous, tart, good ripeness by now. Taste is the same, good freshness. Mineraly mouthfeel, lowish carbonation. Solid!

Draught shared by Harrisoni and Finn at BottleShop: Bermondsey. Dark reddish body, spotty lacing from a filmy layer. Berry tartness to the nose. Fruit-berry taste of green apples and cherries. Tart and dry finish. Okay, without further excitements. (Bermondsey, London 29.09.2018).

Bottle split at CBC Islington, thanks to the Tipple, 25/06/18. Hazed golden amber with a decent light beige covering. Nose is tangy fruit rinds, fruited balsamic notes, earthy, damp wood. Taste comprises vinegar strokes, red berry mash, vinous twang, light spice, dusty fruit esters, tangy. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. A touch disjointed.
