A thirst-quenching refreshing blonde ale with hints of citrus and grapefruit. The elderflower gives the beer a wonderful floral aroma and further enhances the citrus hops with a slightly sweet aftertaste.

Cask at the Hope Tap (JDW), Reading. Deep gold with a negligible rim of white and a light fizz. Watery elderflower juice is the order of the day here. There's a little twist of lemon. Sweetish with just a mild hint of bitterness. Watery is the main theme though. Disappointed with this, as I like elderflower and thought this one might have been worth a punt.
