Pours a clear golden colour with a small diminishing white head. A floral aroma, elderflower blossom with some light sweet malt notes. A sweetish floral taste, sweet pale malt, elderflower, orange blossom flavours with a light dry and light bittersweet finish.

Cask at the St Albans beer festival 2022. A crystal clear pale gold coloured pour with a lasting loose white head. Aroma is semi sweet, green wine gums, chewy, light grains, hay, green berries, apple flavour. Flavour is composed of semi sweet earthy grains, apple, straw, earthy. Green apple, adjunct. Palate is semi sweet, light tang, airy dusty. Ok.

Cask-conditioned, on gravity at the Commercial Rooms (JDW), Bristol March 2018. Golden in colour, with a slight, white, head. Some floral hops, sweet and synthetic elderflower notes, cereal malts and a gently bitter finish. Ok.

Cask at the Hope Tap (JDW), Reading. Deep gold with a negligible rim of white and a light fizz. Watery elderflower juice is the order of the day here. There's a little twist of lemon. Sweetish with just a mild hint of bitterness. Watery is the main theme though. Disappointed with this, as I like elderflower and thought this one might have been worth a punt.

Cask @ Montgomery's Tower. Pours gold, white head. Floral nose. Taste has a nice elderflower character, some sweet icing, sweet malt, fairly fruity. Not bad.
