Our Scottish magician is a lover of all things face-scrunchingly sour, and we let him completely off the leash with this beer.
His finished product is a mouth puckeringly sour gose packed to the nines with 115kg of fresh limes, a kilo of Anglesey sea salt, and just a sprinkling of lime zest to boot.
Named for an in-joke in the brewery about our complete lack of fashion sense, the result is a super dry, juicy and zesty gose, not for the faint of heart.

EU local swap 1/20, danke an minutemat. Vollmundiger säuerlicher Beginn, rund, viel Limette. Erkennbar salzig, auch wenn die Säure deutlich überwiegt. Spritzig, adstringent, steigende Säure. Langer Nachgeschmack. 9/11/13/12/8/12

440ml can. Clear golden, white head. Aroma of lime cordial. Taste has insane amounts of lime, really sharp, tart, sweet, sour, very acidic, zesty. Light-medium body. Pretty extreme, glad I was sharing this can.

Can from my Winter European Secret Santa, many thanks Matt. Hazy orange color with medium white head. Aroma of funk, citrus fruits, light zest. Taste, sourness from lemon, oranges, zest, salt. Tastes like sherbet. Good.

1st December 2019 Can. Pretty much a clear gold beer , small pale cream colour head . Palate is light and fairly smooth, semi dry and with light fine carbonation. Incredibly intense lime and lesser lime peel, tart lime with that fantastic and amplifying savoury salty vibe. Salty lime finish, incredibly intense. Chist on a bike, this shit would have kept our sailors happy back in the day. Did I say intense?

440ml can from Chez Sophie. Pours a misty strong piss yellow, thin white ring atop. Aroma is quite salty, some citrus. Quite a salty, tangy gose, boosting a sharp lime presence with a good sour edge. Maybe a little too sour and sherbetty, certainly for the style. Good stuff tho.
