Bottle 0.33l from Riga Airport. Clear, straw colored. AROMA- clean, decent, nice fermented apple. FLAVOR- moderately sweet, slightly sour, clean, not sharp, great apple flavor. Medium bodied.

Sample courtesy of Grumbo. Clear pale gold, aroma is sweet green apple, dentist mouthwash. Moderate fine carbonation. Fairly sweet, sugary, peachy shades to desert apple fruit, skins, fair acidity. Fine.

Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Golden colour, white foam head that dissipates away amd aroma of tangy apple, apple core. Taste is sweetish, tart tangy apple, some core and skin, with some straw and light mucky funk. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry appley funky finish. Quite drinkable.

16/11/2019. Bottle from Lauvas Alus, Riga. A3. Pours clear pale gold initially with quite a large frothy white head settling to leave a lasting ring of bubbles. Aroma of semi-sweet and green apples, flowers, hint of caramel, sulphur and citrus. Moderate to medium sweetness, moderate tartness and body. Slight oily texture, carbonation had some fizz. Nice sweet and tart mix to finish. Bit too fizzy but otherwise I liked this.
