Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso la mela. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma è inesistente. Il colore è giallo dorato carico. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è misurato. La forza gustativa è elevata e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di facile beva. Il finale è semplice e dissetante. Il retrogusto è delicato. Al gusto vengono donati toni di zuccherino, miele, crosta di pane, mela, pera, lievito e vino bianco.

ABV: 5.9%. Clear light to medium yellow colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate apple - pear, sugary, champagne yeast, champagne brus (lemonade ice), synthetic. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, sugary - apple syrup, champagne brus (lemonade ice), synthetic, apple - pear. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20200408]

Bottle @ Corona Højbjerg tasting. No head. Color is pale yellow. Aroma and taste are sugary apples, fruits, juice and has a sweet finish.

Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Golden colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of sweet apple, green apple. Taste is sweet, sugary, apple, fleshy with some apple core and skin, just alittle tartness. Syrupy mouthfeel, light to medium bodied, medium carbonation, sweet green apple finish. Standard macro cider.

19/11/2019. Bottle from Edeka Supermarket, Munich Airport. Pours clear bright pale gold with minimal head. Aroma of sweet apple juice and apple candy. Quite heavy sweetness, minimal tartness. Moderate body, oily texture, average carbonation.
