Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Orange amber colour, some bubbles on top and aroma of apple, alittle toffee & baked apple. Taste is sweetish, apple, mellow, biscuity, walnut, tangy and drying tannic. Medium bodied, low carbonation, finish is tangy & nutty tannins. Quite OK

3/6/2022. Bottle from the cidery. Pours hazy amber brown with a small frothy off-white head. Aroma of sweet apple, toffee, brown sugar, biscuit, leather, apple strudel, hint of marzipan. Medium sweetness, light bitterness and tartness. Medium body, slightly oily, soft carbonation. Dry finish. Good.

Keg @ Stable, Birmingham. Pours cloudy straw yellow, funky nose. Taste presents funky, dry, steely fruit. Thinned fruit presence, sharp, bitter apple with a kind acidity and soft tannins. Decent.

Cask @ Dirty Dick’s, Halifax. Hazy golden coloured cider. Has plenty of apple in its aroma, but as the name suggests this is extremely dry in its taste, which reduces the fruits presence in terms of flavour - however the apple comes to the fore again in its lingering aftertaste.
