Floral fruity beginning. The beer starts grainy with a nice floral dry Sorachi Ace aroma. Dry grainy, fruity with a bitter grainy finish.

330ml bottle from Chope’n Shop, Hazebrouck. Drunk watching three episodes of Le Bureau! Misty gold appearance, good white head. Aroma has nice sorachi coconut, malt, grapefruit zest. Taste is much of the same, excellent sorachi presence, crisp bitterness, good malt, a touch biscuity but overall a good sorachi pale. Pif are really settling into their stride now!

8/XI/18 - 33cl bottle from Abbaye des Saveurs (Lille, FR), shared @ home, BB: 14/VI/19 - (2018-1650)

Little cloudy gold to light orange beer, aery irregular yellowish head, unstable, dissipates quickly, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: pretty fruity, lychee and mango notes, some citrus, grapefruit, bit malty, orange peel, bit oxidized, almond cookies. Not too fresh, apparently… MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: malty start, fruity, citrus, nice bitterness, some caramel, little soapy, floral, sweet. Aftertaste: some caramel malts, citrus, pretty bitter, grassy touch, a bit resinous, still sweet and a little soapy.
