Rocky white head stayed on a unclear pale golden coloured body.
Earthy, hay & yeast aroma.
Medium bodied, soft with a tingle on the back & cloying aft.
Pale malt, crackers, bready, earthy, sliced & yeast tastes with a tangy citrus finish.
Lovely.

440ml can, online from Rad Beer. Pours hazed yellow golden with a white top. Aroma: soft, bread, crackers, lemon, saison yeast. Taste: light sweet, more bread & crackers, citrus hints, pepper spice, decent bash of saison funk. Light to medium body, pillowy carb, mellow finish. Tidy

440ml can from Tipplers, Bewdley. Pours a misty yellow, white froth. Soft yeasty sweet nose. Taste is fairly light, soft saison yeast, light peppery moments, a touch thin verging on watery, but the yeast sees things through. Pleasant quenching saison.

Can at home in London - sourced from online. Pours lightly hazy gold with a creamy, white head. Lovely classically styled saison, some cracked wheat, semi-ripe lemon, straw, biscuits. Light bodied with modest, massaging carbonation. Tidy finish, more bready wheat and biscuits, lightly bitter hay, mellow yeast expression. Very drinkable saison.
