30th Sep 2019, Shrewsbury Beer Exchange in Chez Sophie. Cheers Mat for this 330ml bottle; BB Jun 2025. Hazy yellow, no head to speak of. Slight herbal and peppery nose, but sour apples and lemon tartness take over in the mouth.

330ml bottle @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie, Sep 19. Brought by me. Pours misty yellow, thin ring circling the glass. Aroma is sour, funky, lemon, wild herbal notes. Taste presents a nice wild funky floral bitterness. Peppery nods. Nice.

Bottle at home in Hackney - sourced via Beer Ritz. Pours hazy orange-gold with a bubbly, white head. Interesting beer, has some light citric tartness, a little grass, some unpleasant plastic notes though, a little drying wood, background funk. Light to medium bodied with fine, spritzy carbonation. Finishes with more modest citric tartness, a little tangy apple, plastic, grass. Some good stuff, some not good stuff. Decent overall.
