16 oz. Aroma is hot fudge, strawberries. Pours inky black with a thin tan cap of foam. Taste is moderately bittersweet with fudgy, fruity, slightly nutty flavors. Perfect mouthfeel. Tasty.

Tap @ Great Notion taproom, Alberta, Portland. Pours dark, thin tan head. Incredible aroma of sultry chocolate fudge, luring you into the taste, smooth and balanced with desert-like swirls of chocolate, vanilla and fudge.. very well balanced. Wish I had a chocolate fudge desert to drizzle this over. Excellent stuff.

Pours a dark, oily black, with smallish head that dissipates rapidly. Aroma is very much like a hot fudge sundae: can smell chocolate, strawberry, nuts, vanilla, ice cream. Flavor follows, though the strawberry stands out a bit more in the flavor than in the aroma. Light sweetness that doesn't overpower. Some bitterness at the finish. Mouthfeel is perhaps a bit on the thin side for an imperial stout. On the whole, though, this is pretty darn good.
