Our very first beer and awarded a gold medal at the Regional SIBA awards in 2019, this American style IPA is bursting with hops and citrusy notes

330ml can, drank at home on 2nd Oct 2019. Clear light golden body, white crown that soon turned into a wisp and collar. Nose is of honey, malty and metallic esters, taste drops the honey for caramel but the metallic twang carries on, marmalade like flavours as it warms in the glass. Strange one.

Danke an minutemat. Getreidiger Beginn, dunkel. Trocken metallern, steigend hopfig, deutlich bitter. Die Metallnote nimmt ab, moderat herb, Karamell und Hopfen zu gleichem Anteil. Würzig hopfiger Abgang. 8/10/10/10/12/10

330ml can from Woodfield Stores, Shrewsbury. Pours clear gold, modest white head. Aroma is fruity citrus, grapefruit. Taste continues along similar lines, good centennial and citra presence, confident bitterness, some citric orange shades. Fine IPA but bordering on old school in these hazy times.
